ขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูล

วิธีที่ 1: ลบเองในแอป (ทันที)

1. เปิดแอป MathCanvas แล้วเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชีครู
2. ที่หน้าหลักของครู เลื่อนลงแล้วแตะ "ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด"
3. ใส่รหัสผ่านเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน (บัญชีที่เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google: เลือกบัญชี Google เดิมอีกครั้ง) และพิมพ์คำว่า ลบบัญชี
4. แตะยืนยัน ระบบจะลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดและออกจากระบบ

ก่อนลบ ควรดาวน์โหลดผลงานหรือไฟล์คะแนนที่ต้องการเก็บไว้จากหน้าประวัติชั้นเรียน เพราะกู้คืนไม่ได้

วิธีที่ 2: ส่งคำขอทางอีเมล

หากเข้าแอปไม่ได้ ส่งอีเมลถึง mathcanvas.support@gmail.com จากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครบัญชี หัวข้อ "ขอลบบัญชี MathCanvas" เราจะยืนยันว่าท่านเป็นเจ้าของบัญชี และลบให้ภายใน 30 วัน

ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบ

• บัญชีครู (อีเมลและรหัสผ่าน) และแผนการใช้งาน
• ทุกห้องเรียนที่ครูเป็นเจ้าของ ทั้งที่เปิดอยู่และปิดแล้ว: รายชื่อนักเรียน ผลงาน ลายเส้น ร่องรอยการเรียนรู้ คะแนน ใบงาน PDF และไฟล์ที่สร้างไว้

ข้อมูลที่ไม่ได้อยู่กับเรา

• ประวัติการซื้อและการสมัครสมาชิก เก็บโดย Apple หรือ Google ตามนโยบายของเขา การลบบัญชีไม่ได้ยกเลิกการสมัครสมาชิก โปรดยกเลิกในการตั้งค่า Store ก่อน
• ไฟล์ที่ท่านหรือนักเรียนบันทึกลงเครื่องหรือแชร์ไปแล้ว

สำหรับนักเรียนหรือผู้ปกครอง

นักเรียนไม่มีบัญชีในแอป ผลงานของนักเรียนอยู่ในห้องเรียนของครู และจะถูกลบอัตโนมัติตามระยะเวลาเก็บประวัติ หากต้องการให้ลบก่อน โปรดติดต่อครูผู้สอน หรือส่งอีเมลถึงเราพร้อมชื่อโรงเรียน ชื่อครู วันที่เรียน และชื่อที่ใช้ในห้อง

Delete your account and data

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open MathCanvas and sign in with your teacher account
2. On the teacher home screen, scroll down and tap "Delete account and all data"
3. Enter your password (accounts that sign in with Google: pick the same Google account again) and type DELETE (in the Thai version of the app: ลบบัญชี)
4. Confirm. Everything is deleted and you are signed out

Before deleting, download any work or score files you want to keep from class history. Deletion cannot be undone.

Option 2: by email

If you cannot open the app, email mathcanvas.support@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject "MathCanvas account deletion". We will confirm that you own the account and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• The teacher account (email and password) and its plan
• Every class the teacher owns, open or closed: student names, work, strokes, learning traces, scores, PDF worksheets and generated files

What we do not hold

• Purchase and subscription records are kept by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store settings first
• Files you or your students have already saved or shared

Students and parents

Students have no account. Their work belongs to the teacher's class and is deleted automatically after the history period. To have it removed sooner, contact the teacher, or email us with the school, teacher, class date and the name used in class.
