MathCanvas เป็นแอปกระดานคณิตศาสตร์สำหรับห้องเรียน ครูเปิดห้องเรียนด้วยรหัส PIN นักเรียนเข้าร่วมและเขียนคำตอบด้วยลายมือ ครูดูกระดานของนักเรียนได้แบบสด ช่วยเหลือเมื่อนักเรียนกดขอความช่วยเหลือ และเก็บผลงานเป็นประวัติชั้นเรียน นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร เก็บไว้นานเท่าไร และท่านมีสิทธิอะไรบ้าง ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
1. ผู้ให้บริการ
Natthapon Jumpa ("เรา") เป็นผู้พัฒนาและให้บริการแอป MathCanvas ติดต่อเรื่องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ที่ mathcanvas.support@gmail.com
สำหรับข้อมูลของนักเรียนที่เกิดขึ้นในห้องเรียน ครูหรือสถานศึกษาที่ใช้แอปเป็นผู้กำหนดว่าจะใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร (ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล) และเราเป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลตามการใช้งานของครู
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
ครู (ผู้มีบัญชี)
- อีเมลและรหัสผ่านสำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบ (รหัสผ่านจัดเก็บแบบเข้ารหัสโดย Firebase Authentication เราไม่เห็นรหัสผ่านของท่าน) หรือ ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google: ชื่อและอีเมลของบัญชี Google (เราไม่ได้รับรหัสผ่าน Google และไม่ได้เข้าถึงข้อมูลอื่นในบัญชี Google ของท่าน)
- ข้อมูลห้องเรียนที่ครูกรอก: ชื่อกิจกรรม วิชา ชั้น และชื่อครูผู้สอนที่แสดงบนหัวกระดาษ PDF
- ใบงาน PDF ที่ครูอัปโหลด และลายเส้นบนกระดานสอนของครู
- คะแนนที่ครูให้นักเรียน (ถ้าใช้ระบบให้คะแนน)
- แผนการใช้งาน (Free / Pro / School) และสถานะการสมัครสมาชิก (ไม่รวมข้อมูลบัตรหรือการชำระเงิน ซึ่งจัดการโดย Apple หรือ Google)
นักเรียน (ไม่ต้องมีบัญชี)
- ชื่อและเลขที่ที่นักเรียนพิมพ์ตอนเข้าห้อง (นักเรียนไม่ต้องให้อีเมล เบอร์โทร หรือข้อมูลติดต่ออื่น)
- รหัสผู้ใช้แบบไม่ระบุตัวตน (anonymous ID) ที่ระบบสร้างให้แต่ละเครื่องเพื่อให้กลับเข้าห้องเดิมได้
- ผลงานบนกระดาน: พิกัดลายเส้น รูปทรง หน้าที่กำลังทำ และสถานะการส่งงาน
- ร่องรอยการเรียนรู้: เวลาที่ขอความช่วยเหลือ (SOS) และเวลาที่ครูช่วย คำขอแก้ไขงานพร้อมเหตุผลที่เลือก และบันทึกการใช้เครื่องคิดเลข (เฉพาะห้องที่ครูใช้แผน Pro ขึ้นไป โดยนักเรียนจะเห็นข้อความแจ้งบนเครื่องคิดเลข)
ข้อมูลที่เราไม่เก็บ
- ไม่มีโฆษณา ไม่ใช้ตัวติดตามโฆษณา และไม่ขายหรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับผู้อื่น
- ไม่ใช้ระบบวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมผู้ใช้ (analytics) ไม่เก็บตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง รายชื่อติดต่อ รูปภาพ กล้อง หรือไมโครโฟน
ข้อมูลที่อยู่ในเครื่องของท่านเท่านั้น
- ภาษาที่เลือก ชื่อครูที่จำไว้ โฟลเดอร์ที่เลือกบันทึกไฟล์ และงานที่ยังส่งไม่สำเร็จ เก็บในเครื่องเพื่อความสะดวก และลบได้โดยลบแอป
- ไฟล์ PDF / ZIP / CSV ที่ท่านบันทึกลงเครื่องหรือแชร์ต่อ อยู่ในความดูแลของท่าน
3. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย
- ให้บริการกระดานห้องเรียน: ส่งลายเส้นแบบสด ให้ครูช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และเก็บงานเมื่อปิดห้อง (เพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญาการให้บริการ)
- สร้างไฟล์ผลงาน PDF / ZIP / ไฟล์คะแนน ตามที่ครูหรือนักเรียนกดขอ
- ตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ตามแผนการใช้งานและการสมัครสมาชิก
- รักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบและป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของนักเรียนเพื่อการตลาด และไม่นำผลงานของนักเรียนไปฝึกระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์
4. ใครเห็นข้อมูลบ้าง
- ครูเจ้าของห้อง เห็นชื่อ ผลงาน และร่องรอยการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในห้องของตนเท่านั้น
- นักเรียน เห็นผลงานของตนเอง กระดานสอนของครู และงานของเพื่อนเฉพาะเมื่อครูเลือก "ฉายให้ทั้งห้อง" (ค่าเริ่มต้นซ่อนชื่อ)
- ผู้ให้บริการที่เราใช้ ซึ่งประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเราเท่านั้น:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): ระบบเข้าสู่ระบบ ฐานข้อมูล ที่เก็บไฟล์ และฟังก์ชันบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ข้อมูลจัดเก็บที่ศูนย์ข้อมูลภูมิภาค asia-southeast1 (สิงคโปร์)
- Apple App Store / Google Play และ RevenueCat: จัดการการสมัครสมาชิก Pro (ได้รับรหัสผู้ใช้ของครูและข้อมูลการซื้อ ไม่ได้รับผลงานนักเรียน)
- Cloudflare (cdnjs): ส่งไลบรารีอ่าน PDF (PDF.js) ให้เครื่องของครูตอนนำเข้าใบงาน คำขอนี้เปิดเผยหมายเลข IP ของเครื่องตามปกติของอินเทอร์เน็ต แต่ไฟล์ PDF ไม่ได้ถูกส่งไปที่นั่น
การจัดเก็บที่สิงคโปร์ถือเป็นการส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ ผู้ให้บริการข้างต้นมีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานสากล เราจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อหน่วยงานรัฐเฉพาะเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด

6. สิทธิของท่าน
ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับหรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอม รวมถึงร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- ครู ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้เองในแอป หรือดูวิธีที่ หน้าขอลบบัญชี ส่วนการดาวน์โหลดผลงาน ทำได้จากหน้าประวัติชั้นเรียน
- นักเรียนหรือผู้ปกครอง โปรดติดต่อครูผู้สอนหรือสถานศึกษาก่อน หรือส่งอีเมลถึงเราพร้อมชื่อโรงเรียน ชื่อครู วันที่เรียน และชื่อที่ใช้ในห้อง เราจะประสานกับครูเพื่อดำเนินการ
เราจะตอบคำขอภายใน 30 วัน
7. ผู้เยาว์
นักเรียนที่ใช้แอปอาจเป็นผู้เยาว์ แอปออกแบบให้ใช้ในห้องเรียนภายใต้การดูแลของครู นักเรียนไม่ต้องสร้างบัญชีหรือให้ข้อมูลติดต่อ ไม่มีโฆษณาและไม่มีการซื้อสำหรับนักเรียน ครูและสถานศึกษามีหน้าที่ขอความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองตามที่กฎหมายหรือระเบียบของสถานศึกษากำหนด และควรให้นักเรียนใช้ชื่อเล่นหรือชื่อที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น
8. ความปลอดภัย
ข้อมูลรับส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) สิทธิ์การอ่านเขียนควบคุมด้วยกฎความปลอดภัยของ Firebase: ข้อมูลประวัติชั้นเรียนอ่านได้เฉพาะครูเจ้าของห้อง นักเรียนแก้ไขได้เฉพาะงานของตนเอง และไฟล์ผลงานสร้างผ่านฟังก์ชันบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ตรวจสิทธิ์ทุกครั้ง
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปหรือในหน้านี้ก่อนมีผล และปรับวันที่มีผลด้านบน

Privacy Policy

MathCanvas is a classroom math whiteboard. A teacher opens a class with a PIN, students join and write their answers by hand, the teacher watches every board live, helps when a student asks for help, and keeps the work as class history. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights, including under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Who we are
Natthapon Jumpa ("we") develops and operates the MathCanvas app. Privacy contact: mathcanvas.support@gmail.com
For student data created in a class, the teacher or school using the app decides what it is used for (the data controller); we process it on the teacher's behalf.
2. What we collect
Teachers (account holders)
- Email and password to sign in (the password is stored hashed by Firebase Authentication; we never see it), or, when signing in with Google, the Google account's name and email (we never receive the Google password or any other data in the Google account)
- Class details the teacher enters: activity name, subject, class and the teacher name shown in PDF headers
- PDF worksheets the teacher uploads, and strokes on the teacher's live teaching board
- Scores the teacher gives (if the gradebook is used)
- Plan (Free / Pro / School) and subscription status (no card or payment details, which Apple or Google handle)
Students (no account)
- The name and class number a student types when joining (no email, phone or other contact details)
- An anonymous user ID the system creates per device so the student can return to the same class
- Board work: stroke coordinates, shapes, current page and submission status
- Learning trace: when help (SOS) was requested and given, edit requests with the chosen reason, and calculator usage (only in classes of teachers on Pro or above; students see a notice on the calculator)
What we do not collect
- No ads, no ad trackers, and we never sell or trade data
- No analytics on user behaviour, no location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone
Kept only on your device
- Your language, the remembered teacher name, the folder chosen for saving files, and work not yet sent. Deleting the app removes them
- PDF / ZIP / CSV files you save or share are in your own care
3. Why we use it (and legal basis)
- To run the classroom board: live strokes, teacher help, and keeping the work when the class closes (performance of the service)
- To create PDF / ZIP / score files when a teacher or student asks
- To check plan and subscription entitlements
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests)
We do not use student data for marketing and do not use student work to train AI systems.
4. Who can see the data
- The class teacher sees names, work and learning traces of students in their own classes only
- Students see their own work, the teacher's live board, and a classmate's work only when the teacher shows it to the class (names hidden by default)
- Service providers that process data for us only:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): sign-in, database, file storage and server functions, stored in the asia-southeast1 region (Singapore)
- Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat: Pro subscriptions (they receive the teacher's user ID and purchase details, never student work)
- Cloudflare (cdnjs): delivers the PDF reader library (PDF.js) to the teacher's device when importing a worksheet; like any web request this reveals the device's IP address, but the PDF itself is not sent there
Storage in Singapore is a transfer outside Thailand; these providers apply internationally recognised safeguards. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights
You may ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, move it, and withdraw consent, and you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
- Teachers can delete their account and all data in the app, or see the account deletion page. Work can be downloaded from class history
- Students or parents: please contact the teacher or school first, or email us with the school, teacher, class date and the name used in class; we will work with the teacher to handle it
We answer requests within 30 days.
7. Children
Students may be children. The app is designed for classroom use under a teacher's supervision: students do not create accounts or give contact details, and there are no ads or purchases for students. Teachers and schools are responsible for obtaining parental consent where the law or school rules require it, and should have students use only the name that is needed.
8. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is enforced by Firebase security rules: class history is readable only by the class teacher, students can change only their own work, and exported files are made by server functions that check permission every time.
9. Changes
We will announce important changes in the app or on this page before they take effect and update the date above.
