เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน

การใช้แอป MathCanvas ถือว่าท่านยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้แอป

1. บริการ

MathCanvas เป็นกระดานคณิตศาสตร์สำหรับห้องเรียน ให้ครูเปิดห้องเรียน ดูงานนักเรียนแบบสด ช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และเก็บผลงานเป็นประวัติชั้นเรียน นักเรียนเข้าร่วมด้วยรหัส PIN โดยไม่ต้องมีบัญชี

2. บัญชีครู

• ท่านต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและดูแลรหัสผ่านของตนเอง กิจกรรมที่เกิดจากบัญชีของท่านถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของท่าน
• ท่านลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อในแอป (ดูหน้าขอลบบัญชี)

3. หน้าที่ของครูและสถานศึกษา

• ใช้แอปเพื่อการเรียนการสอน และดูแลข้อมูลของนักเรียนในห้องของตนตามกฎหมายและระเบียบของสถานศึกษา รวมถึงขอความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองเมื่อจำเป็น
• อัปโหลดเฉพาะใบงานที่ท่านมีสิทธิ์ใช้ และไม่อัปโหลดเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ไม่เหมาะสม หรือละเมิดผู้อื่น
• ไม่เผยแพร่รหัส PIN ต่อบุคคลภายนอกห้องเรียน

4. การใช้งานที่ไม่อนุญาต

ห้ามพยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของห้องเรียนหรือผู้ใช้อื่นโดยไม่มีสิทธิ์ รบกวนหรือโจมตีระบบ ใช้โปรแกรมอัตโนมัติสร้างภาระเกินควร หรือใช้แอปกลั่นแกล้งผู้อื่น เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืน

ครูนำนักเรียนออกจากห้องและบล็อกไม่ให้กลับเข้าห้องนั้นได้ ทุกคนรายงานเนื้อหาไม่เหมาะสมได้จากปุ่ม "รายงานปัญหา" ในแอป หรืออีเมล mathcanvas.support@gmail.com เราจะตรวจสอบรายงานโดยเร็วและอาจลบเนื้อหาหรือระงับบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืน

5. เนื้อหาของผู้ใช้

ใบงานของครูและผลงานของนักเรียนยังเป็นของเจ้าของเดิม ท่านอนุญาตให้เราจัดเก็บ ประมวลผล และแสดงเนื้อหาเหล่านี้เท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บริการ เช่น ส่งลายเส้นแบบสด สร้างไฟล์ PDF และเก็บประวัติชั้นเรียน

6. แผนการใช้งานและการสมัครสมาชิก

• แผน Free ใช้ได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย แผน Pro และ School มีฟีเจอร์เพิ่มเติมตามที่แสดงในแอป นักเรียนไม่ต้องจ่ายเงิน สิทธิ์ผูกกับบัญชีครูเจ้าของห้อง
• การสมัครสมาชิกในแอปชำระผ่าน Apple App Store หรือ Google Play ราคาแสดงในแอปก่อนยืนยัน การสมัครจะต่ออายุอัตโนมัติจนกว่าท่านจะยกเลิกในการตั้งค่าบัญชีของ Store อย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนรอบถัดไป
• การคืนเงินเป็นไปตามนโยบายของ Apple หรือ Google
• เมื่อสมาชิกหมดอายุ บัญชีกลับเป็นแผน Free ข้อมูลเดิมไม่ถูกลบทันที แต่ประวัติชั้นเรียนจะถูกลบตามระยะเวลาของแผน (ดูนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว)

7. ความพร้อมของบริการ

เราพยายามให้บริการได้ต่อเนื่อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีการหยุดชะงักหรือข้อผิดพลาด แอปอาจมีการปรับปรุงหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงฟีเจอร์ โปรดดาวน์โหลดผลงานที่สำคัญเก็บไว้ก่อนประวัติชั้นเรียนหมดอายุ

8. การจำกัดความรับผิด

บริการให้ "ตามสภาพ" เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือการสูญหายของข้อมูลที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน ทั้งนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ที่ท่านมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปหรือในหน้านี้ การใช้งานต่อหลังวันที่มีผลถือว่ายอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่

Terms of Use

By using MathCanvas you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app.

1. The service

MathCanvas is a classroom math whiteboard: teachers open classes, watch student work live, help students and keep the work as class history. Students join with a PIN and need no account.

2. Teacher accounts

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (see the account deletion page)

3. Teachers' and schools' responsibilities

• Use the app for teaching, and handle the data of students in your classes according to the law and your school's rules, including obtaining parental consent where required
• Upload only worksheets you have the right to use, and nothing illegal, inappropriate or infringing
• Do not share class PINs outside the class

4. Not allowed

Do not try to access other classes or users without permission, disrupt or attack the service, overload it with automated tools, or use the app to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Teachers can remove a student from a class and block them from rejoining it. Anyone can report inappropriate content with "Report a problem" in the app or by emailing mathcanvas.support@gmail.com. We review reports promptly and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Your content

Teachers' worksheets and students' work remain their owners'. You allow us to store, process and display them only as needed to provide the service, such as live strokes, PDF files and class history.

6. Plans and subscriptions

• Free costs nothing. Pro and School add the features shown in the app. Students never pay; plans belong to the class teacher's account
• In-app subscriptions are paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you confirm. They renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the next period
• Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies
• When a subscription ends the account returns to Free. Data is not deleted at once, but class history is deleted after the plan's retention period (see the Privacy Policy)

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change. Please download important work before class history expires.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from its use. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We will announce important changes in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after they take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
